47 Years in Deltona
27 Years as a District 1 Homeowner
Deltona residents don't need another Politician... Deltona residents need a True Representative!
Someone who already knows this community, has spent a career solving problems, and believes every decision should be accountable, transparent, and made with residents in mind. Someone who understands their Role is to Represent the Residents!! Voices in the community say I AM that someone after watching the last decade of advocating and volunteering as a resident.
Just HONEST LEADERSHIP, REAL ACCOUNTABILITY, and A VOICE YOU CAN TRUST
Fix known problem areas, maintain what we already have, and plan ahead before infrastructure failures become more expensive.
New development should be considered alongside the roads, drainage, utilities, public safety, and services needed to support it.
Residents should be able to understand where their money is going, why it is being spent, and what changed from one budget to the next.
Deltona relies on the Volusia Sheriff’s Office, Fire Rescue, and emergency services. Public safety resources should meet community needs while major spending decisions still receive careful review.

Legal costs come from taxpayer dollars. Clear ordinances, consistent procedures, careful decisions, and early review can help prevent avoidable legal expenses.
My priorities explain what I will focus on. These principles explain how I will approach every decision, every vote, and every responsibility as your District 1 commissioner.
Tell the truth. Listen before deciding. Own mistakes.
Honest leadership means being transparent about decisions, spending, and priorities—even when the answer is unpopular. I will listen to different viewpoints, explain my reasoning, and make decisions based on facts, principles, and the needs of our community.
Be accessible. Explain decisions. Respect taxpayer dollars.
Accountability means residents should know what their city government is doing and why. I will communicate before and after major decisions, explain important votes, and question how public money is being spent.
Be prepared. Keep commitments. Follow through.
Residents should know what to expect from their commissioner. I will research the issues, speak openly about difficult decisions, follow through on commitments, and work to make sure residents have a meaningful opportunity to be heard and participate.
